Jan 20, 2026 – Buffalo First recently named Kenmore as a “Best Place to Live”. The publication looked at all towns, villages and cities in Western New York, considering several factors across 10 categories, and using data collected from the US Census Bureau’s American Community Survey. Kenmore had Top Honors in the Individual Categories of CHILDREN, EDUCATION and SENIORS. A resident, quoted in the article, stated “I love this village. It is a great and safe place to live. There are a lot of places nearby ……and a wonderful park for the children…..nothing is too far away.”
KenTon Superintendent of Schools Sabatino Cimato stated: “Although we were proud to see Kenmore highlighted in such a way, it was not surprising….. Ken-Ton was already an amazing place to live and raise a family. We have beautiful neighborhoods and parks, (and) unparalleled municipal services…”
Mayor Patrick Mang said that “It’s wonderful to see Kenmore recognized by Business First. Kenmore really is a great community – beautiful homes, fantastic businesses, restaurants and eateries, exceptional government services and great people. I’m so proud of our village!”
