Christian Riso of 334 East Hazeltine asked if the owner met with the Building Inspector.
Mr. Berns stated that they met on July 15, 2012 and did a walk through. Mold was found on the second floor but there was not a lot of structural damage. The basement was dry, and the electricity was on. The owners were told that the garage needs to be demolished. The Mayor thanked the neighbors for their patience and understanding.
Kathy Riso asked if the Village will notify the neighbors as to the date when the property will be addressed. The neighbors are parking in the driveway.
