INVITATION FOR PUBLIC COMMENT/QUESTIONS

The Mayor asked if anyone wished to be heard.

John Connerton from 338 East Hazeltine questioned the status of 318 East Hazeltine.
Mayor Mang replied that the property is still in violation and that the Village now needs to get estimates for repairs afterwhich the Village will bring the property into compliance.

Christian Riso of 334 East Hazeltine asked if the owner met with the Building Inspector.
Mr. Berns stated that they met on July 15, 2012 and did a walk through.  Mold was found on the second floor but there was not a lot of structural damage.  The basement was dry, and the electricity was on.  The owners were told that the garage needs to be demolished.  Mr. Berns explained that the Village will do the work and then bill the owner and if the bill is not paid it will go onto the owner’s taxes.
The Mayor thanked the neighbors for their patience and understanding.

Kathy Riso asked if the Village will notify the neighbors as to the date when the property will be addressed.  The neighbors are parking in the driveway.

The Mayor stated that the Village of Kenmore would not be notifying the neighbors.
As no one else wished to be heard, the meeting was adjourned.
The next meeting of the Board of Trustees will be August 7, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building.
