November 5 2019. The Kenmore Community Center Renovation has been completed. This $1.2M project included a new roof, new HVAC, new windows and LED lighting, a full asbestos removal, and improvements to the kitchen. In addition, four new handicap-accessible restrooms were installed. Sidewalks were also repairs around the building. The Sr. Nutrition Program, which provides hot lunches M-F to our seniors is up and running and the seniors are enjoying the new space. The Village provides van service to/from the program for a good-will donation of $1 round trip. Advance registration is required both for the van and meal service.
