NEW WATER BILLS and
NEW WATER ACCOUNT NUMBERS
As of June 1, 2015
The Village of Kenmore is implementing a new water
software program to allow for greater functionality and
added security to our system. The conversion will take place
beginning June 1, 2015.
As a result of this conversion, your water bill will look
different and you will have a NEW account number.
Your new account number will be located in the upper left-hand corner of your bill. Please be sure to use this new account number when making payment or inquiry on your water account.
If your bank makes the payment on your water account
for you, please be sure to provide the bank with your
NEW water account number in order to avoid any problems
in crediting your account.
While every effort has been made to make this conversion as
seamless as possible, please carefully review your water bill when it arrives to ensure that all the information on the bill is accurate. Please call our office if any
information needs to be corrected or if you should have any questions concerning your account. The office is opened Monday through Friday,
